Basaghan chinkin is a Korean restaurant concept specialized in fried chicken.
Our studio decided to create a logo inspired by a traditional Asian emblem, the will being to combine the vintage aspect with a modern touch.
The name of the restaurant means “Fried Chicken” in Korean. It seemed important to us to emphasize the “crispness” of the fried chicken which is the central element of the logo.
VAY studio also created a complete visual identity for this restaurant (menu, clothes, packaging, goodies, etc.). The artistic direction chosen for this branding is modern and uncluttered while keeping a childish philosophy.
